Flood Evacuation Order for the South Murwillumbah, Condong and Tumbulgum

As a result of the 1.5m flood level predicted by the Bureau of Meteorology for the Tweed River at Barneys Point at 12.00 midnight, the NSW State Emergency Service is directing residents within the South Murwillumbah, Condong and Tumbulgum to evacuate immediately where safe transit exists and they are able to do so.

Flood Evacuation Order for Chinderah, Kingscliff, Fingal Head and Bilambil

As a result of continued and further predicted heavy rain and resultant flash flooding, the flood level predicted by the Bureau of Meteorology for Tweed River affecting Chinderah, Kingscliff, Fingal Head and Bilambil, the NSW State Emergency Service is directing residents within the nominated areas to evacuate immediately where safe transit exists and it they are able to do so.

As a result of a revised prediction by the Bureau of Meteorology for the Wilson River at Lismore of 11 metres early Friday morning, the NSW State Emergency Service is directing residents to evacuate immediately.
