NSW State Waters Marine Oil and Chemical Spill Contingency plan

The NSW State Waters Marine Oil and Chemical Spill Contingency Plan has been prepared in support of the New South Wales State Emergency Management Plan (EMPLAN) and the National Plan to Combat Pollution of the Sea by Oil and other Noxious and Hazardous Substances (National Plan) to outline arrangements for dealing with marine oil or chemical spills and maritime incidents such as groundings, collisions, disabled vessel or fire on a vessel that could result in an oil or chemical spill into State waters of NSW. This plan is a subplan to EMPLAN.
