After an Emergency

If your clients are affected by an emergency, they may need extra support to recover. Emergencies can affect people for a long time afterwards, even if they weren't directly affected. Their informal (friends, family and community) and formal (services) support networks can help. Reconnecting with support networks and services can significantly shorten a person's recovery time.

If your clients have insurance, help them to contact their insurance company about making claims for damaged property or personal items.

With your help, clients can take control of their wellbeing, connectedness, security and knowledge.
