To apply for a course:

Download and complete all sections of the application form.
Sign the form (Applicant's Signature)
Ensure it is signed by the appropriate person in your Agency (if applicable).
Send the completed and signed Nomination Form to the District Emergency Management Officer (DEMO) who will be managing the Course (see the NSW Emergency Management Course Calendar for the list of all Course Managers).
The Nomination Form must be received before 5pm on the Closing Date for the relevant course.
