The Disaster Welfare Assistance Line can provide you with information about disaster relief grants for content and structural repairs, available to low income earners with no insurance. The provision of these grants is not dependent on a natural disaster being declared.
Disaster Assistance for Individuals
Financial assistance may be available to people affected by a disaster who are experiencing financial hardship and who are unable to meet the cost of repairs for essential household contents and/or structural repairs to their homes.
