Public Information Services supporting plan

The aim of the Public Information Services supporting plan is to detail the arrangements for the coordination of the collection, collation and dissemination of public information in an emergency under the control of an emergency operations controller.  This includes the coordinated release of public safety / warning messages and public information, public education, and interaction between all media agencies during all phases of emergency operations.
