Services supporting plan (EUSPLAN)
EUSPLAN outlines the coordination arrangements for managing severe and sudden disruptions to the supply of energy and utility services due to:
- Severe, widespread or
unexpected disruptions which result in circumstances resulting in an emergency
in line with the definition of emergency in the State Rescue and Emergency
Management Act (1989 as amended).
- In response to an emergency which results in energy and/or supply disruption which requires a significant and coordinated response to restore the supply.

Natural Gas Supply Disruption sub plan
This
plan is a sub plan of the Energy and Utility Services Functional Area
Supporting Plan of the State Disaster Plan (Displan). This sub plan has been prepared and agreed by the Natural Gas Working Group of the Energy and Utility services Functional Area Committee (EUSFAC), to detail the arrangements for the coordination and management of, and recovery from, a State level natural gas supply disruption in NSW.
This sub plan is authorised in accordance with the provisions of the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act, 1989 and is endorsed by the State Emergency Management Committee.

Wires down sub plan
This plan is a sub plan of the Energy and Utility Services Functional Area Supporting Plan of the State Disaster Plan (Displan).The NSW Wires Down Sub Plan has been prepared as a hazard specific plan to the NSW Energy & Utility Services Functional Area Plan (EUSPlan) in compliance with the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act, 1989.
