NSW State Waters Marine Oil and Chemical Spill Contingency plan

The aim of the NSW State Waters Marine Oil and Chemical Spill Contingency plan is to outline the arrangements to deal with marine oil or chemical spills and marine incidents such as groundings, collisions, disabled vessel, fire on a vessel etc that could result in an oil or chemical spill into State waters of NSW. 

In this Plan a reference to an oil and chemical spill includes a reference to any marine incident that has the potential to result in an oil or chemical spill.
